The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects.These opportunities in our Research and Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

Our Company Research Lab's Operations team within the Discovery, Preclinical and Translational Medicine Operations department is seeking a summer intern student for 2026. Discovery, Preclinical and Translational Medicine Operations aim is to operationally support the discovery and development of new medicines, aligning with the company's goal to be the leading research-driven biopharmaceutical company.

The intern will work closely with a Lab Manager mentor to build and apply knowledge on the necessary services to ensure the smooth running of the new discovery laboratories. This will involve becoming familiar with equipment maintenance and asset management; consumables supply; waste management and logistics to maintain an efficient operation. Involvement of the intern in learning the processes associated with the equipment maintenance and disposition through the Integrated Capital Asset Management (iCAM)tools, and

following the multiple steps for capital equipment orders to go from planning phasethrough installation.

Interns have an opportunity to collaborate with scientists, support, and other operational teams within our Company, to develop external presentations / publications and to learn about drug development more broadly.

We are seeking intern candidates with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.

NOTE: This internship is available in Cambridge, MA.

Education:

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or higher education in the research sciences or related business and operational disciplines.

  • Candidates must have completed at least two (2) years of studies towards a Bachelor's degree by June 2026.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Candidate must be able to commit to full-time in person employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2026.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Candidate should have strong computational skills.

  • Candidate should have process improvement skills.

  • Candidate should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Salary range:

The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
