As an Account Manager II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company. You will report directly to ourZone Managerand you'll workremote covering the areas of ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, Eastern NY and Greater NY Metro. In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's overall financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term business growth.

You will report directly to the sales manager and work remotely within the territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
  • Conduct Fall Protection Training using Miller Road Show truck trailer
  • Travel up to 80%

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $65,000-85,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $70,000-90,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This role is incentive plan eligible.

Honeywell recently announcedplans to sell its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc. ("PIP"), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The intent of We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction whenit closes.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years ofexperience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth, ideally in Fall Protection
  • Valid US driver's license
  • The ability to be on the road 4 days a week
