THE WORK
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems has
an Administrative Support opportunity
supporting the Shelton CT Overhaul and Repair
facility. The position will report to the Shelton
O&R Quality Manager in the RMS Sikorsky line of
business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
the following:
* Generate/update records for each branch of
service using provided data from
manufacturing/quality assurance within Sikorsky
Overhaul and Repair (ex. Army, Navy, Coast
Guard, Air Force, VH and Commercial.)
* Interact with appropriate branches of the
Department of Defense (DOD) to ensure
accurate Maintenance Records.
*Transfer of documentation to specific customers
(ex. Coast Guard) for record retention purposes
* Provide completed Log Cards to specific
customers (ex. US Navy CH-53E) for their record
retention
* Submittal of scrap disposition into appropriate
customer database systems (ex. ACTS for MH-60
US Navy, MCDS for US Army)

Basic Qualifications:
* Experience working in an administrative role
* Experience with Microsoft suite of tools
(PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)

* Strong customer service skills with a proven
ability to work independently
* Ability to maintain organization of
data/information.
* Attention to detail & strong record keeping/organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communications
skills.
* Ability to work well with others and be a strong
advocate for teamwork

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
