The Associate Director of Student Services reports to the Director and plays a pivotal role in leading case management and student support efforts. This is an in-person position responsible for helping students navigate personal challenges that may impact their academic success, well-being, and overall campus experience.
The Associate Director oversees professional and graduate assistants, manages student care cases, utilizes data to develop targeted outreach and retention initiatives, and collaborates with campus partners to ensure a supportive and responsive environment for students.
Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in education, student affairs, counseling, social work, public health, or a closely related setting.
- Demonstrated experience in crisis response and case management within a higher education or similar environment.
- Experience supervising graduate students or full-time staff.
- Proven ability to support students navigating complex personal challenges.
