KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for providing world class support to numerous teams across the firm, including the trading desk, investor relations, finance and fund management teams across BCC investment platforms
- Ensure the trading desk has the most up-to-date investment holdings data to buy or sell assets externally
- Daily monitoring and processing of portfolio activity including bank loan transactions, corporate actions, deal fundings, corporate bond activity, and public equity transactions
- Collaborate with fellow team members to provide robust support across the firm
- Build, manage, and enhance relationships with other internal teams and external partners
- Gain exposure to a world renown asset management firm and how it executes its day-to-day operations
DESIRED BACKGROUND/EDUCATION
- 1-2 years of fixed income experience highly recommended
- Exposure to syndicated bank loans preferred
- Exposure to portfolio accounting systems preferred, particularly Advent Geneva
- Proficiency in Excel
- 3.25 GPA or higher
