Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
Manage and monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverable progression.
Manage project timelines and help mitigate roadblocks identified by working teams.
Maintain clear project goals and objectives.
Lead project kickoff calls and deliver meeting notes in a prompt manner.
Provide innovative recommendations on how projects could work smoother after completion.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
0 - 4 years of project management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including excellent follow-up.
Ability to work collaboratively and empathetically in a team environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Analyzing trend information and providing recommendations.
Interest in process improvement and training on project management systems.
Comfortability working on an entrepreneurial spirited team.
Providing routine updates to diverse audiences regarding project work.
Highly motivated by deadlines.
Enjoys learning in a consistently evolving environment.
Adobe Workfront experience preferred.

The Team
Come join the Marketing Operational Excellence & Creative team. This team develops and drives marketing strategy, planning, impact reporting, operations, learning and development, associate engagement, and creative execution for Institutional & Asset Management Marketing. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in project organization and helping to bring key marketing projects to fruition. This role is specifically part of the Institutional and Asset Management Marketing Project Management team, which is comprised of individuals with varying project management experience across creative and digital marketing. Each team member brings a unique perspective, with a shared goal to help the marketing organization work as seamlessly and transparently as possible.
