Associate UX Product Owner - Front-End Web Experiences (MarTech)

Position Overview
We are seeking a UX Product Owner for our MarTech team to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of marketing technology products and front-end experiences. The UX Product Owner will translate marketing goals into prioritized backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and work with cross-functional teams to deploy personalization, analytics, and content experiences using the Adobe Experience Cloud and related tools. This role combines Agile product ownership with hands-on MarTech expertise to drive measurable marketing outcomes and improve customer engagement.

This is a hybrid, onsite, 40-hour-per-week contract position through the end of the year, with potential to extend/convert based on performance and business needs. Candidates must be able to work out of New York, NY; Woonsocket, RI; Wellesley, MA; Hartford, CT, to be considered. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Product Owner for a Scrum team, driving execution of the product roadmap.
  • Manage and prioritize ongoing inbound project requests from multiple business owners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners in design, technology, product, and operations to define and refine business requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end website launches, from requirements gathering to post-launch analysis.
  • Lead product update rollouts across experiences and manage customizations required by multiple stakeholders.
  • Meet all control requirements to ensure successful, compliant product launches.
  • Manage relationships with department leaders, business owners, the IT organization, Customer Experience SMEs, and creative teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate or agency setting, ideally in a highly regulated industry, with evidence of success and increasing levels of responsibility. 
  • At least 1 year of Agile web product owner experience, defining stories, and prioritizing backlogs with product tools such as JIRA or Rally.
  • 1 year of product management experience in a B2C and/or a regulated industry.
  • Experience in a highly matrixed or enterprise organization.
  • Familiarity with agentic work management tools.
  • An interest in AI and automation, and how they can be leveraged to improve productivity and the customer experience.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
