Job Description:
Position: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid onsite in Quincy, MA
Duration: 6+ Months; Strong potential for extension / full time conversion
Overview:
Our client in the banking industry is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
Required Experience:
• 5+ years of experience
• Core banking technology and Reporting (2+ years)
• Partner with SMEs to translate functional use cases to technical specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: validating high level and detailed technical documentation / functional documentation
• Experience building queries and automating tracking dashboards
• Lifecycle management
• Linux, WAS, WEB, JAVA apps, APIs, Mule framework, JCLs
• Waterfall and Agile experience
• Functional expertise in Partenon platform
• Bilingual Spanish/English - Professional proficiency in both
