Hyatt Regency Boston and Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Business Travel Manager to join their dynamic teams. If you're a sales whiz with a flair for creating memorable experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
As a Dual Business Travel Sales Manager, you'll become an expert in showcasing each Property's stunning guest rooms, suites, and top-notch services. Your mission is to drive revenue by attracting and retaining business travelers through strategic relationship building, negotiating competitive corporate rates, analyzing market trends and performance metrics, collaborating closely with hotel operations and marketing teams, and staying agile in response to industry shifts.
Working in sync with our Director of Sales and Director of Revenue, you'll develop innovative strategies that respond to market trends and conditions. In this dual role, responsibilities will include will include:
- Crafting irresistible proposals
- Generating leads and expanding our market presence
- Organizing FAM Trips and site inspections
- Attending industry events and networking
- Maintaining organized documentation and reports
- Collaborating with our amazing sales, catering, and support teams
Our Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Business Travel Sales experience (ideally in full-service properties), they are also a master of organization and self-motivation, and they excel at solicitation calls, strategic planning, presentations, and guest interactions.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience. This is an onsite position in either Boston, MA or Baltimore, MD with the opportunity to work remote 1 day per week, performance based. Travel will be required to the other property.

Qualifications
- A genuine desire to make others happy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2-4 years of hotel sales or comparable experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge, CVENT, Lanyon, and D360, A360
- Sales, negotiation, business writing, and presentation skills training (preferred)
- Community involvement and/or professional association involvement (highly preferred)
- Must be able to travel to each market
