Overview
Our client, a large MA-based retailer, is seeking an experienced Digital Asset Management (DAM) Consultant with deep expertise in Bynder and Asana to lead a comprehensive audit and optimization roadmap of their digital asset workflows. This short-term engagement will culminate in a strategic proposal outlining recommendations for system improvements, taxonomy restructuring, and workflow enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Bynder Audit & Optimization
- Evaluate current Bynder setup, focusing on taxonomy, metadata standards, and asset organization.
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in asset upload and retrieval processes.
- Develop and enforce metadata standards to enhance asset discoverability and compliance.
- Workflow Integration & Process Improvement
- Assess the integration between Bynder and Asana, identifying opportunities to streamline or consolidate workflows.
- Design and implement efficient processes for asset intake, approval, and distribution.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align DAM practices with project management tools.
- Strategic Proposal Development
- Compile findings into a comprehensive proposal, detailing recommendations for taxonomy restructuring, workflow enhancements, and system integrations.
- Present the proposal to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and implementation strategies... OR, is there a better DAM to be utilizing based on this client's requirements and goals?
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Bynder DAM systems.
- Strong proficiency in Asana, with the ability to integrate and potentially consolidate workflows.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing asset taxonomies and metadata schemas.
- Experience handling large digital files and ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud workflows and their integration with DAM systems.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
