Clinical Team Manager - BHCP
Riverside is seeking a Clinical Team Manager for our Behavioral Health Community Partner team!
Community Partners are healthcare and human service organizations that partner with Accountable Care Organizations to integrate and improve health outcomes for members with complex and long-term medical and behavioral needs. We seek to improve member experience as well as continuity and quality of care by fostering communication and coordination across medical, behavioral health, and social service needs, along with long-term services and supports. We help people to live in the community independently and provide appropriate treatment and recovery support for individuals with complex behavioral health conditions.
The Clinical Team Manager directly supervises a team of Care Coordinators, Lead Care Coordinator, nurses, and interns. In consultation with the Program Director, they will implement and monitor the adoption of program-wide policies and guidelines, plan Program initiatives and oversee daily operations of the Behavioral Health Community Partners Program: ensuring operational integrity, efficiency, and optimal performance. In the Program Director’s absence, the Clinical Team Manager assumes responsibility for essential duties and functions that are applicable and necessary.
Pay Rate: $79,567.48/salaried
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
