The Role
In this role, the Co-op Designer / Design Researcher will play a key part in supporting the strategy and development of new products and applying best practices for overall user experience, as well as user testing (quantitative and qualitative methodologies). This work will focus on innovation, seeking to learn "intrapreneurial" skills and bring new ideas to life.
We are looking for someone with a desire to participate in ground-breaking collaboration, a bias towards action, the ability to accept failure and demonstrate intellectual curiosity, and someone who can play, learn and have fun. Skills in quantitative research manipulated to create qualitative results, i.e., writing screeners and surveys using remote testing for researching early-stage prototypes

As a key role on our incubator team, you will leverage multiple methodologies during your Co-Op such as Lean Start Up, Human Centered Design and Agile, to rapidly move ideas through the scan/try to proof of concept phase.The Fidelity Center for Applied TechnologySM, or FCATSM, is a catalyst for breakthrough achievements in research and tech. We assess, test and scale concepts and ideas that advance Fidelity's market leadership and enhance every customer's experience. FCAT teams are curious, inquisitive, and intently focused on the future.
