Job Description
General Summary:
The Commercial Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for straightforward administrative activities within Commercial Supply Chain; activities typically consist of well-defined support tasks that are performed under moderate supervision.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures completion and tracking of supply chain supply-related documentation
- Assists with issues affecting the development of supply chain maps, risk management, or business
continuity planning - Assists with the development and maintenance of relationships with all internal stakeholders
- Assists senior Supply Chain personnel with the creation and editing of presentations
- Support of maintenance of the Supply Chain Map program
- Takes full responsibility within scope of the position and/or materials or projects managed to work
with various cross-functional groups (such as Quality, Tech Ops, Regulatory, suppliers, etc.) to proactively
and collaboratively resolve issues that may block the timely flow of materials or projects - Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:
- Displays ability to multi-task and and, with guidance, prioritize assigned work in a fast paced environment
- Possesses strong organization skills
- Possesses ability to manage own work load and contribute effectively in a team setting
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Good written and verbal communication skills to exchange relevant information
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Education and Experience:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires 0-2 years of experience

1. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
2. On-Site: work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
