Our client, a retail / CPG company, is looking for a freelance Content Manager to join their team hybrid (Monday - Wednesday onsite) at their Newton, MA office 40 hours per week for the next year, with strong potential to convert to full-time!
The Content Manager will:
-oversee the development, production, and delivery of compelling and engaging content and develop / execute strategies that drive traffic and engagement
-manage content creation process (partner with external resources including photographers, videographers, and graphic designers)
-maintain a content calendar, and ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards -optimize content for SEO and user engagement, and analyze content performance metrics
The Content Manager has:
-ideally 3+ years of experience in marketing or content management, and strong writing / editing skills -ability to proofread all content for accuracy, and strong attention to detail
-familiarity with asset management systems, and ideally basic graphic design or video editing skills
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
