- 50% Develop, execute, and validate software pipelines for identifying mitochondrial genetic variants and NUMTs
- 40% Conduct statistical analyses evaluating the relations of mitochondrial genetic variants with cardiovascular disease risk factors and outcomes
- 10% Data management- maintain next generation sequencing data, metadata and clinical phenotypes
Skills
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
