Works closely with Data Delivery Managers for the end-to-end delivery of data content and data management capabilities against business units or functional areas. May organize, plan, perform data analysis or development functions that support the delivery of data assets or solutions aligned to those same business units and functional areas. Provides insight and experienced delivery leadership to teams ensuring successful and sustainable delivery. May act as a project or delivery leader or as an individual contributor to a team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure all deliverables align to the data strategy and roadmap based on objectives and priorities for aligned business units.
2. Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, and provide coordination across technology service providers as needed.
3. Support the Wholesale Data Office roadmap through execution of initiatives using Snowflake, Talend and other data analytics tools.
4. Adhere to data governance, data architecture, cyber security, and other technology standards across applications within the portfolio.
5. Support or may lead initiatives that support the successful closure of data & analytics audit issues, regulatory issues self-identified issues and other data deficiencies.
6. May lead initiatives that alignment with business units or functional areas, support of innovation and drive towards to the target-state data technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate degree and four years of experience managing medium to complex IT projects or equivalent education and experience
2. Demonstrated experience data delivery, including one or more of the following: data engineering, data analysis, software delivery, business intelligence and reporting, and/or master and reference data management
3. Proven critical thinking skills and ability to exercise judgement in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities
4. Banking or financial services experience
5. Demonstrated understanding and delivery of regulatory obligations and operating in a highly regulatory environment on the cloud
6. Ability to understand and deliver business units or functional area priorities against defined and timelines
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and five years of experience managing medium to complex IT projects
2. In-depth knowledge of data technologies (Snowflake, Talend, ETL, Data warehouse, Databases, SAS and other analytics tools).
3. Previous experience in management of Data platforms (ETL, Data warehouse, Databases, SAS and other Analytics tools)
4. Banking or financial services experience.
5. Knowledge of data architecture, solution architecture, analytics, client data capabilities
6. Skills demonstrated in data engineering, business intelligence and report delivery, data transformation, and regulatory program delivery
7. Skills demonstrated in risk management
8. Experience in solution designs based upon business requirements
9. Well-versed in leading distributed teams in geographically dispersed locations
