The Role

The Lifetime Engagement Area plays a critical role in driving customer centricity across Workplace, Brokerage & Wealth to enable customer experiences that accelerate lifetime engagement with Fidelity. The Director, Lifetime Engagement Strategy will bring a strong strategic skillset and a collaborative "one Fidelity" mindset to advance Cross-BU Focus Areas in partnership with senior leaders across the Lifetime Engagement Product Area and our business partners in Workplace, Wealth, and Brokerage.

The Value You Deliver

* Execute strategic and analytical initiatives that expand our shared knowledge of Workplace to Retail customer dynamics

* Package and communicate insights and strategies to a broad audience (from entry level associates to senior leaders) in an engaging and accessible format

* Monitor and report on the overall status of Cross-BU Focus Areas and their underlying initiative portfolios

* Partner with the Lifetime Engagement Commercialization team to identify and advance critical bodies of work

* Act as connection point across Cross-BU and Lifetime Engagement initiatives to ensure strong coordination and alignment

The Expertise You Have

* BA/BS required and minimum 7 years working in a professional environment

* History of analyzing data to craft data-driven strategies

* History of leading cross-partner solutions in the face of ambiguity

* History of evangelizing narratives and engaging executive levels of an organization

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
