New York, NY
Full-Time

Job Description

Join us as we transform immunology and deliver medicines that help autoimmune patients get their lives back. argenx is preparing for multi-dimensional expansion to reach more patients through a rich pipeline of differentiated assets, led by VYVGART, our first-in-class neonatal Fc receptor blocker approved for the treatment of gMG, and with the potential to treat patients across dozens of severe autoimmune diseases.

We are building a new kind of biotech company, one that maintains its roots as a science-based start-up and pushes our commitment to innovate across all corners of our business. We strive to inspire and grow our company, our partnerships, our science, and our people, because when we do, we deliver more for patients.

The Director, Patient Experience Analytics will serve as a strategic thought partner across the Patient Experience and U.S. Commercial communities, building deep business understanding and forging strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. This leader will shape and deliver proactive and responsive analyses, dashboards, and tools that surface actionable insights — while also guiding the development of future-fit solutions in support of pipeline expansion and evolving business needs.

They will collaborate closely with Patient Experience and U.S. Commercial leadership, Marketing, Commercial Analytics, Market Access, Field Operations, Business Information Systems, and external partners to ensure insights are aligned, integrated, and actionable across the enterprise. This position will report directly to the Head, Patient Experience Analytics.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an enthusiastic, innovative team as we refine the analytics and processes that powered our early success — and build the next generation of capabilities required to reach more patients. We are looking for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment grounded in the argenx cultural pillars: Innovation, Co-Creation, Empowerment, Excellence, and Humility.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep knowledge of argenx datasets and tools & leverage to conduct analyses leading to actionable insights

  • Proactively monitor PSP (patient support program) performance from varied angles to enable informed decision making and early opportunity identification

  • Partner closely with Patient Experience leadership to identify opportunities to improve patient experience and outcomes via analytics, ad hocs, dashboards, and other tools, to include leading marketing and training on existing tools

  • Continuously evolve our tools and capabilities with a forward-looking view toward argenx's future growth and business needs

  • Perform ongoing and ad hoc patient marketing analytics to identify patient journey, customer needs, and growth opportunities for overall patient experience community

  • Collaborate across functions to ensure insights are integrated, actionable, and aligned with strategic priorities

  • Contribute to an innovative culture that strives for out-of-the-box thinking and creative approaches on analytical solutions, beyond traditional models, and refine tools to drive impactful business decisions

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights

  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations

  • Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing decisions

  • Experience with Patient Support Programs (PSPs) required

  • Experience with machine learning or AI modeling is a plus

  • Strong collaborator within a matrixed organization

  • Vendor management experience

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 10+ years of analytics experience within life science industry or equivalent, including 5+ years in patient services

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, adept at translating complex analytical results into compelling business stories and interacting with a diverse group of people, all levels of management, including senior leadership

  • Hands on experience and proficiency with analytical & visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Jira, etc.)

  • Deep skills and experience using pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., PSP, IQVIA or Symphony claims, specialty pharmacy data, and syndicated data sources) to build analyses and generate insights

  • Demonstrated patient analytics experience with advanced quantitative methods (e.g., PSP performance tracking, predictive analytics)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage and organize multiple projects, customers, and work streams simultaneously
