What You Will Be Doing
Acushnet Company, the global leader in golf performance and innovation, is seeking a dynamic Director of Regulatory Affairs to lead and elevate our compliance strategy across U.S. Golf Ball Operations and our Thailand-based Ball Plant IV. In this high-impact leadership role, you will serve as the company’s regulatory expert, guiding environmental, health, and safety programs while ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and international regulations. You’ll oversee critical areas such as hazardous materials management, air and water quality, site remediation, chemical control, and transportation compliance.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—someone who can partner with senior leadership, legal, operations, engineering, and R&D to minimize risk, secure environmental permits, and support production continuity. You’ll also manage environmental due diligence for acquisitions, lead contaminated site remediation efforts, and chair the Division Compliance Steering Committee to keep senior management informed and aligned.
If you’re passionate about regulatory excellence, sustainability, and operational integrity—and ready to make a global impact in a performance-driven organization—this is your opportunity to lead with purpose and precision.
