Email Supervisor, Lifecycle Marketing

The Email Supervisor, Lifecycle Marketing supports the Loyalty & Lifecycle Marketing manager in the development and program leadership of automated email marketing campaigns and other one to one communication to achieve brand goals and drive traffic online and in store. This is a high growth area that will develop our ability to consistently optimize and drive the revenue contribution of the automated program.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Partners with the Media & Digital Marketing team, Brand Marketing teams, and Digital Experience team to develop effective communication tactics and outstanding user experiences
- Partners externally with third parties and monitors the competitive email landscape as well as email trends and standard processes. Make recommendations for campaign improvement based on observations
- Work cross-functionally with Brand Creative, Brand Marketing, Dev/Coding, and Customer Insights & Analytics to support email execution
- Lead all aspects of the email production process to ensure process efficiency and timely, accurate deployment of email campaigns
- Assists Manager in developing a testing roadmap and optimization plan for each channel.
- Assists Manager with the development of campaign segmentation and prioritization
- Partners with brand teams on execution of A/B email testing and monitoring
- Monitor the deployment of email marketing campaigns
- Participate in cross functional sharing in development of email center of excellence
- Use third party email service provider and web analytics provider reporting tools to capture and analyze results
- Build weekly & monthly reports to analyze and assess the performance of new programs & projects
- Build daily, weekly and monthly email campaign results reports and make recommendations for optimizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience working in a technical email role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Experience with ESPs (Adobe Analytics, SQL & Liquid Script, scripting and HTML)
- Great teammate who is collaborative while being an effective communicator working cross functionally
- Ability to work with and influence at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines and working "in the gray"
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong ability to developing key reports, analyze data, develop insights and present it to a variety of collaborators
- Results driven, detail oriented, and self-motivated
- Track record of training others and able to help upskill team members
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required, particularly Excel
