How You'll Make An Impact
- Facilitate engaging learning sessions that develop participants' skills, both in-person and online.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment for all.
- Keep track of participant progress and performance, offering feedback to encourage growth.
- Administer all training logistics, from class preparation to tracking evaluations.
- Follow structured guides to lead discussions and activities that enhance learning.
- Pursue opportunities for personal growth in facilitation and classroom management.
- Coach learners on specific skills to help them succeed in their roles
Working Conditions
Normal office environment: This position is eligible for our Hybrid Work Policy. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience.
Experience
- 1+ year(s) of training delivery experience and 3+ years in the functional area or a related business unit.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Skills & Abilities
- Communicate clearly with all levels of management and team members.
- Think critically and analyze effectively.
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Engage with the public professionally.
- Feel comfortable presenting to groups both online and in person.
