Job Description
SUMMARY
Performs moderately complex facility tasks, functions and/or maintenance duties. Under the general supervision of the Facility/Regional Coordinator/Manager/Supervisor will have lead responsibilities in overseeing and assigning Building Services/facility maintenance/utility staff to complete tasks.
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit required. Valid Drivers' License (Class III) preferred.
Knowledge of general maintenance/repair techniques typically acquired by 3-5 years of experience.
Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
SKILLS
Overall knowledge of cleaning procedures, inventory management and receiving, mail room functions and building maintenance required.
