Location: Canton, MA & locally around this area for on-location shoots
Hours per week: 40 hours p/w
Duration: Project-based. Expected to be a few weeks at a time.
Rate / Salary Range: $45-$50 per hour
Timeline for hire: 1-2 rounds of interviews; early June start.
Position Overview
Our client, a popular baby product retailer, is seeking a Producer to join their team to help prep and execute photo and video shoots for the brand. The role is HYBRID, in-office or on location 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday), with the option to work remote 1 day (Friday).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist to coordinate crew, talent, locations, and equipment for photo / video productions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage pre-production logistics including scheduling, budgeting, and shot lists.
- Provide on-set support at photo / video shoots, both in-office and on-location, to ensure all content is captured, within established timeline and budget.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in photo / video production roles, in an agency or in-house creative team.
- Strong proficiency in managing external vendors, communicating timelines and project deliverables.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple production tasks simultaneously.
