We’re searching for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and wants to grow within a tech-focused marketing operations team. As a Growth Marketing Associate, you’ll leverage your prior experience in a digital marketing role to develop new and exciting buying strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring all marketing campaigns adhere to best practices and compliance regulations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team for the promotion of the DraftKings’ Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, and Pick6 products.
What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Associate
Develop digital media buying strategies for our products across Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, or Pick6. Focused media buys across paid social channels including Meta, Snapchat, Twitter, Reddit and TikTok.
Leverage first party audiences to drive customer retention.
Launch & optimize new user acquisition campaigns across Digital channels to meet larger team goals, KPIs, and results.
Identify and execute A/B tests to draw insights critical for growth and optimization.
Conceptualize new and innovative ads, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, brand, and product, and deliver these innovative best-in-class creative concepts to life.
Report on performance and share learnings with executives & the wider growth team.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in digital marketing; media buying, acquisition marketing, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
A self-starter mentality who holds strong project management skills and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Top-notch communication skills (both written & verbal), in order to share your learnings with the wider product team.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often, under challenging time constraints.
Interest and desire in working with data & reporting; Excel experience is preferred.
Willing to work non-standard hours based on the sports calendar.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 58,400.00 USD - 73,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
