As our HR Business Partner, you'll wear many hats. You'll be a trusted advisor to our leadership team, collaborating closely with different business units to shape HR strategies that fuel our growth and innovation. You'll help build an engaging, inclusive culture and ensure we're attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent-because, let's face it, our team is what makes our chips (and everything else) so delicious.What You'll Do:

Partner with senior leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with our big-picture goals.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
Lead the charge on recruitment, ensuring we attract top-notch talent who are as passionate about quality and community as we are.
Champion employee engagement initiatives that keep our team motivated, valued, and excited to come to work every day.
Develop and roll out HR programs and policies that create a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Support employee growth and development through training, coaching, and career advancement opportunities.
Help create a strategy for employee retention that focuses on personal and professional growth.

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in both languages.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, and talent management.
A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with leadership to drive results.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and levels.
Bonus points if you have experience in the manufacturing or food production industries!
