Intake Coordinator / In Home Therapy Clinician
In this vital role as Intake Coordinator / In Home Clinician, you will complete all administrative documentation, have knowledge of referral resources for youth and families service, and will carry a clinical caseload that will provide a range of intensive systemic and resilience-focused home and community-based services to children under the age of 21 and their families.
Our ideal candidate will be able to work effectively within a team setting, demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and have knowledge of referral sources for youth and families.
Salary: $72,134.40/year
Schedule: 40 hours per week; flexible hours between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. to meet the needs of the families

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Must have a working knowledge of children, adolescents and family system clinical issues
- Must be able to work some evenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required for local travel
Required Experience
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred but not required
