Position: Intake Documentation Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote
Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project is a 90 day contract to hire. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.
Pay Rate Range: $20-25/hr. (paid weekly)
Project Description: The primary responsibility of this role is to promptly and accurately distribute all inbound documentation to the appropriate department, open/scan and distribute mail and process Training Documentation from our Clinical Specialists. This role will work with all departments that receive patient related documentation. This role is an essential part of the documentation process and will work directly with all teams to ensure all correspondence/documentation received via fax and mail is distributed and attached to patient records correctly.
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
- Manage all documents that are faxed and mailed into the Inside Sales Department and ensure they are properly scanned and linked to appropriate patient records.
- Manage field correspondence on a daily basis
- Process training records sent in from our Clinical Services Managers Provide feedback to management team on an as-needed basis
- Additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
- Manual dexterity needed for using a computer keyboard.

- Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes is preferred. Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
