This position is for a 12-week internship role from June - August 2025. Resume review begins in January 2025.

Biogen develops medicines for debilitating medical conditions with the goal of making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. The Global Clinical Supply Chain Team plays an integral role in helping patients gain access to best-in-class medicines.

Position Description

As an intern in the Global Clinical Supply Chain Team, you will be exposed to a variety of operations and get a firsthand view of what it takes to manufacture and deliver the best therapies to patients worldwide. As part of this internship, you will be required to:

Revamp and re-organize our existing knowledge management platform by developing a robust end user strategy for the existing system and working across the team and cross functionally to enable access to data and information easier and effective.
Analyze existing inventory reconciliation practices for Drug Product and Finished Good Inventory within Biogen's Oracle ERP System and lead an effort to reconcile and accurately document inventory quantities.
Work on day-to-day Clinical Site Support queries by helping the team action on critical tickets and be part of the issue resolution process.
Participate and assist project leads in projects part of the Global Clinical Supply Chain Roadmap.
Assist in developing and preparing metrics, dashboards and KPI reporting for the team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Driven and motivated to learn and contribute to the team.
Good attention to detail, ability to analyze complex data sets and present crisp and concise updates.
Able and willing to participate in team cultural initiatives.

To participate in the Biogen Internship Program, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
Be currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college or university with a graduation date no earlier than August 2025.

Education

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Arts, Science or Management field with at least one year of completed at the time of starting internship.

Location

This role is hybrid in Cambridge, MA.
