The Team

We are seeking an IT Intern to join American Tower’s Enterprise IT organization’s IT Customer Success Team. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our IT products and services and is proactive in supporting and resolving issues as they arise. In addition, the incumbent will create and develop presentations containing IT-related enablement and learning content. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to help others succeed.

What You Can Offer Us 

• Create IT-related content and presentations to assist customers in using our IT products effectively.
• Collaborate with the IT team to understand product features and translate technical information into user-friendly content.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Gather customer feedback and work with the team to improve the overall customer experience.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the IT team and company objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology or a related major.
• Basic understanding of IT products and services.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work within team environments across a set of projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
