About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Credit Resolution Specialist to support the Equipment Finance team within the Commercial Bank (CB). Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large-scale planning for Credit Resolution functional area
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large-scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Credit Resolution functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with Credit Resolution peers, colleagues, and middle to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead Credit Resolution projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Credit Resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with collections and credit analysis background
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Understanding equipment finance financial products
- Experience working with dealers and commercial sales
- Experience with portfolio and program management
- Strong MS Office skills with a particular emphasis on MS Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
