What You Will Be Doing

Join our team as a Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding associates and optimizing operations within our Returns Goods work areas across all product groups. You'll be responsible for ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient workspace while managing workflow, coordinating team activities, and maintaining service levels. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration, inventory oversight, and continuous improvement. • MS Office applications

• Radio Frequency (RF) hand-held computers
