Job Purpose
In this highly visible role, you are part of the Project Management leadership team, working on the development and execution of a large, 10-year capital portfolio of projects throughout Massachusetts. You'll have and continue to grow a team of capable Project Managers, working with them and key internal stakeholders to make changes in strategy, set up the right delivery model, and chart the course for future success. You will leverage information from our regular cadence of status reports to help team members stay on target with our compliance benchmarks. You'll attend leadership meetings and be a meaningful contributor in the implementation of our long-term strategy and vision.
Key Accountabilities
Demonstrated experience in successfully bringing together diverse teams with potentially conflicting goals and objectives
* A clear communicator who leads by example in driving change and performance, creates context for others
* Strategic focused to deliver our projects aligned to regulatory, customer and company commitments.
* Ability to manage a wide range of project contractual obligations, commercially minded
* Demonstrated thought leadership on project/program risk management approach and mitigation options.
* Experience in utilizing a range of project control tools, techniques, and applications to drive project performance.
* Possess the ability to anticipate the permitting and stakeholder impact on projects and collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to successfully meet the needs of both our stakeholders and the project.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
* PMP certification preferred
*LNG Experience preferred
* 5+ years of relevant experience in successfully leading large complex projects
* Experience presenting to Senior Level Leadership

Salary
$169k - $199k a year
