Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives to help acquire new customers and increase engagement with and retention of current customers. Candidate will play a key role in ensuring Marketing strategies are executed according to plan, on time and on budget. This is a 4-month, 40 hours per week contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathers the requirements and proactively leads and executes assigned projects
• Help marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through extensive validation and proofing process
• Collaborate with internal creative team as well as external agency partners to ensure marketing material and campaign designs remain compliant
• Maintains project timelines and status reports, communicates key milestones and risks to stakeholders
• Maintains spreadsheet of tracking metrics
• Project manages any campaigns where materials are sent to outside proofing agency

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in marketing or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with employee health benefits and open enrollment a plus.
• Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.
• Experience working with marketing project management/automation tools a plus.
• Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
