As the I-9 Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources Shared Services Employment Authorization Onboarding function. You’ll be responsible for ensuring potential new hires and internal colleagues navigate the required processes seamlessly, contributing directly to a positive onboarding experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist applicants in completing Form I-9 documentation within Workday.
- Manage I-9 related inquiries within the ServiceNow case management system.
- Provide support for I-9 reporting and analysis.
- Ensure completion of new hire forms, including conducting audit checks for accuracy.
- Resolve case management issues efficiently and effectively.
Must-Haves:
- 1+ years of operations experience
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED
Nice-to-Haves:
- Excellent client service skills
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency with spreadsheet and database software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proven ability to perform accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize, manage projects, and utilize standard project management methodologies
- Service and operations delivery experience
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and administration
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $14 to $16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
