Join us as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and help advance the next generation of photon and proton radiation therapy through cutting-edge computational and AI-driven innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and apply advanced methods in automated treatment planning, artificial intelligence, adaptive treatment delivery, and clinical workflow optimization to improve both the quality and efficiency of radiation therapy.

In this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of intelligent tools for treatment planning automation, image and data analysis, and adaptive radiation therapy workflows. Your work will have broad impact across both photon and proton therapy, with the opportunity to translate novel computational approaches into real-world clinical practice and help shape the future of precision cancer care.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research, develops, designs, executes and interprets research experiments.

  • Contributes to scientific literature, reports, journals and presentations.

  • Investigates, creates and develops new methods and technologies for research advancement.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or M.D. in Medicine, Physics, Medical Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field is required.

  • Experience in radiation treatment planning, advanced data analysis and proton radiation therapy is desirable.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Optional - Strong research design and analytical skills.

  • Strong database statistical skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of field of research.

  • Excellent time management/organizational skills.

  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Potentially supervising undergraduate researchers
