The Chief of Staff office provides the essential support for our teams and leaders to help enable strong associate engagement and efficiency. In this role you will support our Capital One Boston associates along with those associates in other locations within Finance Tech.

What You'll Own:
You will assist the Capital One Site Executive and Finance Tech senior leadership teams in building strong associate engagement
You will impact results by maneuvering through appropriate formal and informal organization channels (such as slack and email), connecting associates across all levels of the organization and across divisions
You will assist in establishment and tracking of engagement events, fun events, and other programs
You will assist with the execution of an Associate Development framework, with a long term focus on talent and skill development for all associates within the organization
You will champion employee engagement and diversity consistent with the team's efforts to mature our understanding and actions including opening pathways in order to increase the diversity of the team
You will leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on schedule
Identify opportunities within the organization where processes can be streamlined, automated, or improved
Support teams with key department wide efforts and communications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience in Process, Project, or Program Management
At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of Process Management experience
1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams
Process Management training and certifications (Lean, Six Sigma)
