As our Principal/Sr Business Analyst, you are an essential part of a cross functional and agile product team. In this, you will not only work on translating our business' needs into IT language and technical solutions but also to actively shape the transformation of our way of working into an IT product-based organization.

This role is based out of our Ridgefield, CT location with a flexible hybrid onsite work schedule 2-3 days per week and as needed to support the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You will work together with the Product Owner on your own strategy, planning and financials while actively supporting our transformation from project organization into an agile product solution.
- You will implement requirements in the areas of PharmTox Data Analytics Product, Laboratory information management (LIMS), study coordination and instrumentation systems based on its short and long-term roadmaps.
Requirements
Principal Business Analyst: Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field with a minimum of 7 years experience; or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or MIS, with a minimum of 5 years of experience; or a Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, with a minimum 3 years of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of minimum of 7 years.
Senior Business Analyst: Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS or Natural Science with a minimum of 4 years experience; or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or MIS, or Natural Science with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or a Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Natural Science with minimum 1 year of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of minimum of 4 years
Additional Experience:
- Moderate to advanced level of technical understanding, knowledge in state-of-the-art technologies and understanding in system development life cycle methodology, preferably paired with a technical understanding in laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Knowledge of project management and experience working on project teams required
- Experience in gathering and refining requirements and coordinating with business stakeholders.
- Experience in agile methodologies paired with agile mindset driven by openness, respect, and continuous learning.
- Fluent language skills in English (written and spoken) paired with good communication skills.
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
Must be 18 years of age or older.
