Job Description:
Mailroom & Print Production Associate
Location: Onsite in Woonsocket, RI
Duration: 6 month Contract to Hire
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Flexible Options: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
We’re seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our mailroom and print production team. This role combines digital file preparation with hands-on production work to support the creation and distribution of high-quality member communications—including postcards, mailers, and letters. If you enjoy both tech-savvy tasks and physical production, this hybrid role offers the best of both worlds.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and merge print files using Excel and templates
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all printed materials
- Operate printing and finishing equipment to produce high-volume mail pieces
- Feed product into machines and manage output for quality and efficiency
- Stuff printed materials into envelopes or mailers for final distribution
- Perform routine checks and troubleshoot minor production issues
- Maintain organized workflows and support team goals
Ideal Candidate:
- Detail-oriented with basic Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Comfortable working with both digital tools and physical equipment
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn production processes
- Reliable, team-focused, and able to adapt to shifting priorities
- Previous experience in print or mailroom operations is a plus—but not required
