What You Will Be Doing
Join our innovative team as a Process Technician, where you'll play a key role in advancing golf ball manufacturing through hands-on experimentation and data-driven insights. Under general supervision, you’ll conduct trials, operate testing equipment, and analyze results to drive improvements in product quality and production efficiency. You'll lead independent process evaluations; coordinate pilot runs across manufacturing operations and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations. This role also involves determining appropriate testing protocols and may include training hourly associates. What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a STEM field strongly preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in QA testing or 4 years of related experience in golf ball manufacturing
Strong work ethic with consistent adherence to attendance and operational schedules
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Commitment to organizational policies, especially regarding Safety and Quality standards
Effective communication skills with peers, team leaders, and managers
Must meet all Health Services testing requirements for the position
