We're driving operational excellence across manufacturing and material management to ensure mission success. Our teams are responsible for keeping production on track by managing the full spectrum of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.
THE WORK
In this role, you'll lead a team overseeing multiple manufacturing planning and material management functions. This includes Make/Buy decisions, Bill of Material (BOM) planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), warehousing, and shipping operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of production systems, ensuring inventory is optimized to reduce cost while meeting delivery commitments. Your focus will be on aligning daily operations with broader business goals to drive efficiency and operational readiness.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with SAP / Solumina
Experience with hourly workforce
Strong interpersonal skills
4+ years of relevant experience
Receiving, warehouse and transportation knowledge.
Desired Skills:
* Experience working with a represented work force.
* Strong organizational skills using Outlook and Microsoft
products.
*Ability to learn quickly and adapt
*Previous MFG/operational experience
Previous Sikorsky experiences

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
