Provide administrative support and respond to walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, referring to the appropriate staff member as necessary. Process academic forms and other paperwork for undergraduate students and supervise student employees.
Skills
Associates degree or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred, a high degree of professionalism, strong customer service and communication skills, and one to three years of experience.
