The Role
This role within Go-to-Market & Strategic Planning will assist with administrative, project management, and field enablement work for several complex institutional and retail initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with other GTM team members to deeply understand the initiatives being developed, track progress against workstreams, and assist in creating accurate and clear sales and service enablement and client-facing product resources that may require some technical writing. Reporting to the Vice President of Go-to-Market & Strategic Planning, the Project Manager will help represent GTM in cross-functional forums and collaborate closely with others from across the business. Fidelity Digital Assets is a growth business, so comfort with varying pace of work, shifting with the business and market needs, and operating with a high degree of ambiguity is required.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative. Given the pace of the business and technical subject matter, being able to learn quickly, identify next steps and initiate work independently, and incorporate feedback is a must.
- Strong project management skills and business acumen to contextualize the broader initiatives required.
- Product and/or technical writing experience required.
- Institutional background or experience in a highly regulated industry preferred.
- Confident in driving conversations that progress integrated planning and enable other teams to advance work in their respective areas.

As a key part of the product delivery cycle, the Go-to-Market & Strategic Planning team collaborates deeply with Fidelity Digital Assets' product, operations, sales, and service teams to ensure business readiness for the rollout of new or enhanced capabilities and key cross-business initiatives.
