Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Join the newest product line, Microelectronics, in BAE Systems, Inc. Electronic Sector's FAST LabsTM. Working in a highly collaborative environment to support our Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) product area, you will make impacts by:
- Overseeing and representing the Quality function for the product area, including product development and production chips.
- Manage a staff to successfully complete quality reviews, first article inspections, root cause analysis and corrective actions, nonconformance processing and analysis, metric reporting, and internal audits.
- Partner with foundry leadership in Technical Review Boards, Corrective Action Boards, and Continuous Improvement Review Board meetings to drive quantitative process improvement and standardization of work. This may include devising and implementing new inspection, testing, or evaluation procedures that provide evidence of assurance, or applying any Quality Science tool to the value stream.
- Support the development of new MMIC chips including quality planning and participation in key reviews.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 8-10+ years of experience or 12-14+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Background in Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain functions, or similar
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, and where Quality actions best support on-time, on-cost, and reliable product delivery
- Strong ability to influence without authority at times, in a dynamic highly matrixed environment
- Collaborative team-building experience, supporting continuous improvements as well as personnel development
- Must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance
- Engineering degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, materials or related field
- Working knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102
- Experience with AS9145 and associated Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) elements
- Experience managing quality assurance programs in support of DoD contracts
- Prior people management experience
- Top Secret clearance eligible
