What You Will Be Doing
Join our team as a Tour Select Manufacturing & Process Improvement Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in advancing product innovation and operational excellence. In this dynamic position, you’ll coordinate the production of Tour Select and pilot products, ensuring exceptional quality, process integrity, and on-time delivery. You'll support new product trials by collecting and analyzing process and product data, conducting both assigned and self-initiated trials to identify continuous improvement opportunities and troubleshoot existing processes.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring and calibrating lab systems and equipment, preparing data summaries and visual reports with actionable insights, and collaborating with Manufacturing Managers and Team Leaders to meet production goals. You'll also participate in project status, production review, and continuous improvement meetings, contributing to a culture of innovation and quality. Flexibility is key, as this role requires working shifts outside of 1st shift for approximately 20–25 weeks per year.
What You Bring
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in processing and testing of golf balls, or 4 years of related golf ball manufacturing experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Working knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems (QAS).
