At the Center for Brain Recovery, we are looking for a Research Specialist that is responsible for supporting research on brain recovery from neurological disorders, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and dementia. The person will work closely with Faculty Leads, Project Directors, and Data Scientists to provide qualitative and quantitative research assistance, as well as project-specific tasks. This employee's work will focus on our brain imaging experiments that require knowledge about neuroimaging, procedures to collect brain scans, analyze brain imaging data and write and disseminate papers in this topic. This is a specialized skill that requires knowledge and prior training. Please note: this appointment is valid for one year after the date of hire. Additionally, this role is contingent upon continued or renewal of external grant funding.
Skills
Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years of related experience.
