Your Team's Impact
The Revenue Operations Team is looking for an Operations Analyst to manage our Product Management system. In addition, this individual will coordinate with various internal teams to effectively deploy products, which is a crucial final step in the Go-To-Market process. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in process and operations, possesses effective verbal and written communication skills, and is eager to learn about the company’s diverse product offerings.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary analyst for the Product Management System, handling tasks such as requirement gathering, task prioritization, writing acceptance criteria, and conducting testing.
- Collaborate with Pricing and Product Governance teams on workflows related to product creation and management , ensuring alignment with governance and pricing policies.
- Engage with the Lead To Cash team to ensure products are set up effectively for this process.
- Communicate new policies and procedures effectively to Content, Strategic Partnership, and Product Governance teams.
- Partner with product teams to enhance the Product Playbook's effectiveness, ensuring Product Managers are well-versed in all aspects of product creation.
- Lead and implement special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of JIRA and working in an Agile Project Management environment
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions
- Ability to effectively and concisely articulate technical and complicated concepts verbally and in writing
- Self-motivated, flexible, team player
- Ability to work independently within a global team
- Multi-tasking and time management expertise

The budgeted salary range for this position in the states of Connecticut and New York is $85,00 - $100,000.
