The Skills You Bring

  • You are able to work in a face-paced trading environment dealing with individual traders, reps and production support.
  • You are organized and have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects or activities simultaneously and can deliver results in an accurate and timely manner
  • You have the ability to deconstruct business rules, logic, and code in order to review and detect potential design flaws or operating failures for the activity or control being assessed
  • You possess a working knowledge of common analytical, reporting, and visualization tools and methods
  • You are a creative problem solver with a curiosity fueled by current technology, and are interested in applying new technology-based solutions to our testing processes
  • You are able to overcome unexpected obstacle with little or no supervision
  • You utilize effective collaboration with internal and external business partners to get the job done
  • You apply sound judgment to recognize issues, assess risks, and identify items requiring escalation
  • You can effectively communicate, both written and verbal, to all levels of management

The Value You Deliver

  • Contributing to the development of a data-driven approach to test and analyze risk, while continuously improving our programs to exceed the pace of the prevailing technology, industry, and regulatory environments (i.e. bringing new ideas, methodologies, etc. to the table)
