BCG's purpose is to "Unlock the Potential of Those Who Advance the World". At BCG U, we contribute to that unlock through next generation, large-scale upskilling solutions that build an organization's capability to transform in a transforming world. Our focus is on ensuring leaders and teams at every level have the knowledge and skills they need to play their pivotal role in realizing value and impact.
At BCG U, we are transforming how upskilling programs are designed, delivered, and scaled - in many cases powered by GenAI and intelligent systems. You'll join BCG U in a dynamic, two-year rotational program designed to accelerate your professional growth at the intersection of strategy, operations, and AI-enabled capability building.
As a Rotational Associate, you will immerse yourself in three key teams-Platform & Solutions, Operations, and Upskilling Delivery-each for ~8 months, gaining a 360 view of how BCG U designs, delivers, and scales capability-building programs for global clients.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to innovate using GenAI, streamline workflows, and contribute meaningfully to BCG's next-generation learning platform.
What You'll Do

- Support product roadmap execution and contribute to the quarterly refresh cycle for AI Accelerators and learning tools.
- Help test and integrate GenAI-enabled features (e.g., AI tutor, simulations, personalization engines).
- Collaborate with designers, learning scientists, and engineers to optimize modular content for scale and reuse.
Operations (Months 9-16):
- Assist with cross-team coordination, resource planning, and tracking operational KPIs.
- Identify bottlenecks and design GenAI-informed workflow enhancements (e.g., using agentic tools for logistics, reporting).
- Support data pipeline and dashboard improvements to better track learning impact and ROI.
Upskilling Delivery (Months 17-24):
- Participate in program launches, learner engagement campaigns, and live session planning.
- Use AI sensing and nudges to improve learner application of skills and capture outcomes.
- Partner with learning designers to personalize delivery journeys using insights from learner data and GenAI recommendations.
What You're Good At (or Eager to Learn)
You're someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, learning, and operational execution. You're curious, analytical, and energized by solving real-world problems using innovative tools-especially GenAI.
- You're energized by building better systems. Whether it's refining learning journeys or streamlining internal workflows, you like to spot what could work better and aren't afraid to prototype a solution.
- You're drawn to emerging tech-especially GenAI. You don't need to be an expert, but you're excited about experimenting with AI tutors, agentic workflows, nudging systems, or content generation tools to make programs faster, smarter, and more personalized.
- You're eager to contribute to meaningful work. In each rotation-Platform & Solutions, Operations, and Upskilling Delivery-you'll help deliver high-impact capability-building programs to global clients. You'll bring ideas to improve how we create, manage, and scale learning with AI and data.
- You're collaborative and adaptable. Whether it's launching a new upskilling program or supporting a quarterly product refresh, you're ready to work cross-functionally and adjust in real time.
What You'll Bring
- A strong foundation: A bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Data Science, Behavioral Science, or a related field-and a passion for lifelong learning.
- A growth mindset: You're not expected to know everything on day one, but you're excited to learn how capability-building at scale really works-from platform architecture to learner experience.
- Comfort with digital tools: You're confident navigating low-code/no-code platforms and familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Excel, or Airtable. Maybe you've dabbled in building automations or explored how GenAI can simplify complex work.
- A systems thinker: You can hold the big picture while staying grounded in the details-whether that's helping launch a learning program, tracking operational data, or refining personalized learning paths.
- A communicator and connector: You're clear, proactive, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders-from technologists to instructional designers to case teams.
