Safety Trainer - Relief

We are seeking an energetic trainer with a minimum of 3 years' experience training groups of at least 20 individuals, and experience working with adults and/or children and their families in community based human service programs.
The Safety Trainer will be responsible for providing de-escalation safety trainings to create a positive impact on the well-being of the staff and people served.
Schedule: Relief - Trainings take place every other week, totaling 18 hours biweekly!
- Monday - 2 hours
- Wednesday - 8 hours
- Thursday - 8 hours

Required Skills
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience training groups of at least 20 individuals
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills for in person and virtual trainings
- Willingness to become certified in Welle De-Escalation Safety Training
- Experience working with adults and/or children and their families in community based human service programs preferred
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
