Growth Specialist - MindWise

Make a difference every day as a Growth Specialist at Riverside Community Care! We’re looking for a mission-driven, compassionate professional to join our dynamic team. 

MindWise (a service of Riverside Community Care) is a small mission-driven team dedicated to providing evidence-based suicide education programs.  We help schools, universities, cities/states and non-profits prevent and recover from suicide, traumatic events, and crises.

In this impactful role, the Growth Specialist reporting to the Director of Growth, will be responsible for developing meaningful and revenue-generating business with all markets served, including K-12 schools, colleges and universities, non-profit agencies, cities and state departments across the United States.

Our ideal candidate is a collaborative, energetic, and mission-driven problem-solver, who is a passionate believer in suicide prevention and trauma-informed crisis response solutions for all. Further, this candidate is an unparalleled active listener and communicator for varying audiences and uses these skills and others to actively drive deep and dynamic relationships with our clients, MindWise subject matter experts, program management, and more. 

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week

  • Monday through Friday, Hybrid
  • 1 day a week in office on Thursdays
  • Occasional travel required

Base Salary:

  • Months 1-3 onboarding: $89,999.93/year plus commission
  • Month 4 onward: $70,000-$75,000/year plus commission


* Total compensation varies with performance; typical commissions range from $20,000 - $40,000 annually

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated comfort with live customer support
  • Strong computer skills, including experience and comfort with Microsoft Office, required.
  • Valid driver’s license and regular access to reliable vehicle required for local travel.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • Organized, thorough, and well-researched in responding to and working with customers. 

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma plus several years of related work experience equivalent required
  • At least 7-10 years' work experience required
  • Experience with multiple modes of sales engagement, including SaaS services, consultation and contract services, and more.
  • Experience with Zoom or other web conferencing software required, including successful moderation and technical management of programs
  • Experience with customer relationship management software (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
